Hello! my name is Mar and I welcome you. My approach supports people in three areas:
☀️Connect with your True Self
Connecting with your True Self is connecting with your divine essence, it is opening yourself to what is beyond the body, the mind, the emotions and the conditions of life; it is the pure, infinite, unalterable space of consciousness. It is living presence.
💗Transformation
From True Self we can look at the parts within us that live in separation, that have not been integrated in the light of consciousness. From a young age we learned conditioning, subconscious beliefs and behavioral patterns, in addition to this we were conditioned to look more outward than inward, to overestimate the mind over the body and to have an aversion to "negative" emotions. Due to the above we carry a load of repressed and unprocessed emotions that live in the body. This affects our thoughts, relationships and our health. Through a compassionate inquiry into your internal system I guide you to create relationship with and release the burdens that affect your life.
🌱Creativity and Expression
With the awareness of True Self as the pillar of my work, in my workshops we allow expression and creativity through movement, vocal expression, the connection with the elements of Mother Earth, among others. I call this approach "Sacred Alchemy" and it is based on the elements of the earth and the practices and tools that help us move energy and emotions and let our expression and divine creativity flow.
